Mallon Property Sales is lead by Thomas Mallon who is a fourth generation Estate agent and Auctioneer. Thomas graduated from the University of Ulster with an honours Degree in Property Investment and Development, giving him the property law and valuation knowledge required when dealing with the modern property industry. As well as having a wealth of experience in sales and rentals, Thomas is a qualified Financial Advisor, holding a certificate in mortgage advice (CeMap) and a certificate in financial protection (CF3) for insurance advice. This places him in a unique position to assist clients with financial decisions in relation to property purchase, management and sales.
Thomas’ great grandfather, who was also named Thomas Mallon, worked as an auctioneer from 1903 and since then the Mallon name has been synonymous with property sales in County Armagh. Mallon Property Sales aims to continue in the family tradition, providing a friendly, professional customer focused service to the local area and beyond.
